Print quality issues

If your banner arrives with a printing defect, damage, or doesn't match the text and artwork you submitted, we'll reprint or replace it free of charge. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Wrong size or product

If you receive the wrong size or a different product than you ordered, contact us and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
